2010 Conference Goals
1. Identification of 2-5 specific water projects that will be developed, planned, and resourced during the conference by attendees.
2. Creation of the structure and processes needed to grow and strengthen the long-term viability of the network.
3. Increase post-conference project completion and participant engagement by creating financial incentives tied to completion of key project milestones in the year following the conference.
4. Build the knowledge and skills of participants to do project planning and implementation at a trans-organizational level.
